The UAE Government announced on Monday that an 41,762 additional COVID-19 tests were conducted among UAE citizens and residents, resulting in the detection of 571 new cases and taking the total number of infections in the country to 36,359.

The Ministry of Health and Prevention announced on Tuesday that it conducted over 35,000 additional COVID-19 tests using state-of-the-art medical testing methods.

The UAE Government announced on Monday that 30,147 additional COVID-19 tests were conducted among UAE citizens and residents, resulting in the detection of 635 new cases and taking the total number of infections in the country to 35,192.

The Ministry of Health and Prevention, MoHAP, has announced that the total number of COVID-19 recoveries has reached 17,932 following an additional 386 recoveries.

World No Tobacco Day 2020, which takes place on 31 May under the theme “protecting youth from industry manipulation and preventing them from tobacco and nicotine use”, aims to raise people’s awareness about the health risks of smoking and its economic development burdens on governments and societies, and the need to continue to implement effective policies to reduce tobacco consumption.

The UAE Government announced on Saturday that 42,624 additional COVID-19 tests have been conducted among UAE citizens and residents, resulting in the detection of 726 new cases, taking the cumulative total of infections in the country to 33,896.
