The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) announced that it conducted 230,869 additional COVID-19 tests over the past 24 hours, using state-of-the-art medical testing equipment.

"Since its establishment, the UAE has embraced a unique approach in promoting the values of tolerance, a culture of peaceful coexistence, respect and acceptance of the other," said H.E Abdul Rahman bin Mohamed Al Owais, Minister of Health, on the eve of the International Day for Tolerance. "Thus, the UAE has become a bridge of communication between the peoples and cultures of the world in an open environment based on coexistence and peace."

"Marking the International Day for Tolerance carries lofty concepts consistent with the values system in the UAE based on coexistence, openness, and the consolidation of human fraternity as a basic guarantee for the stability of society," said HE Dr. Mohammed Salim Al Olama, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health and Prevention.
