Satisfaction with the Ministry of Health and Prevention Digital Media channels 2021



Subject

As part of the Ministry of Health and Prevention's keenness to enhance the positive communication with the public, the Ministry seeks to assess the public's satisfaction with the ministry's social media platforms, where it's considered as a primarily interactive media platforms and an important part of its media strategy and one of communication means in planning for the provision of health services and the health sector performance index.


Objective

Through this consultation, the Ministry seeks to measure public satisfaction with its digital media platforms and monitor their proposals and development opinions that increase their readiness to interact with these means optimally.



Outcome

After reviewing the public opinions and proposals, the following procedures have been implemented:


  • Use different languages in awareness posts to reach all categories and nationalities.
  • Encourage and Support the medical staff through providing the awareness advice /honouring their efforts/ display the achievements.
  • Increase health advice posts to promote community awareness.
  • Use a simplified language to facilitate access to information.
  • More live broadcasts to answer questions and queries.
