The customer happiness center at Sharjah Medical District has been established in 2012, and is considered one of the happiness center in the Ministry of Health & Prevention and is located at the same building of Sharjah Medical District. The center offer a group of services for its customers, and below are the key information of the center:​

Working Days & Hours

Sunday to Thursday

From 7:00 am morning to 15:30 in the Evening

The average Waiting Time Around 5 minutes "The time might be higher at the peak times"


2.   Services Provided by the Center:

The Centre provides a range of services according to service delivery systems as follows:

Sick Leaves and Medical Reports Attestations of Sick Leave and medical reports.
Continuous Medical Training and Education Issuing Certificate of Training Pharmacist During Study Training Pharmacist.
Issuing Completion Certificate of Pharmacist Training.
Training Assistant Pharmacist.
Issuing Completion Certificate of Assistant Pharmacist Training.
Request Continuous Medical.
Training and Education for health professionals.
Medical Profession Assessment Enquires:
Issuing evaluation and renewal of healthcare professionals including doctors , pharmacists, and technicians in different specialties and levels.
Customer Care Customer Complaints, Suggestions, and inquiries.

  • Innovation Area (Books for different ages, Arabic & English Newspapers).
  • Special facilities for disabled and elder people (Chairs, Call for help services, offices, and car parking for disabled)..

  • Typing Center (Patients Friend Committee).
