Available channels for enquiries (how can customer submit enquiries to MOH)?

MOH welcome your enquires through one of following channels:

You can submit your enquiries by calling the toll-free number (80011111) and the Call Center's staff will immediately reply to your concern; otherwise they will take details of your issue, record it, and call you back shortly to answer your enquiry.

By using this channel you can send your enquiries through e-mail to "enquiries@moh.gov.ae" clarifying the nature of your issue. MOH staff will register it and reply to you within a very short period.
